Pre-sales Service
When you want to order Harbin Tool Factory products and services, our staff will sincerely provide you with a series of pre-sales services.
1. Free provision of information: We will provide you with all the detailed information of the required products in various ways, including mail, E-mail, website download, telephone consultation, and personal visits.
2. On-site introduction: According to your time arrangement and specific needs, we will visit you to introduce the products and provide you with the most suitable product purchase suggestions.
3. Training: In order for you to have a deeper understanding of Harbin Tool Factory's products, we will organize technical training for your unit's technical and management personnel free of charge or participate in the on-site exchange meetings regularly organized by Harbin Tool Factory.
4. On-site inspection: We will arrange for your unit's technical or management personnel to visit the Harbin Tool Factory production base for free, or organize you to visit customers who have already used our company's products to conduct on-site in-depth investigations to understand the actual application of the products.
In-sales Service

2. Bidding scheme determination: Provide customers with free national and international standards for products, introduce the development status and trends of the industry, help customers formulate bidding clauses and technical requirements, and provide production information for similar products.

After-sales Service
1. Rapid maintenance: Harbin Tool Factory has established a nationwide product technical service team. Technical engineers solve quality problems in the use of products for customers and quickly eliminate faults. In order to improve the quality of service to users and improve the service response speed, we promise that for simple problems reported by phone consultation, we will reply and solve them on the spot. For problems that cannot be solved temporarily by phone, we will reply with a preliminary solution within 1 hour, track and supervise the handling and implementation of the problem. For major problems, we will formulate a service plan within 1 hour and feedback to the customer.
2. Regular user return visits: For products sold by Harbin Tool Factory, we promise that regardless of whether problems occur, our technicians will conduct regular customer satisfaction return visits every year to understand the use of products, collect customer opinions and suggestions, and promptly identify potential problems in the product to prevent problems before they occur.
3. Warranty: All products sold by Harbin Tool Factory will be repaired free of charge within one year if any quality problems occur (damage not caused by human factors or force majeure). If the repair fails twice, we will replace it free of charge. Products used after one year will be maintained for life, and only the cost will be charged.
